We are seeking an experienced and competent individual to join our Learning and Development team and be responsible for the Coca Cola Amatil Graduate Development Program.


  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop plans for Business Units (BU); Finance, Engineering, Sales, Quality
  • Work with BU to design and develop specific training programs and rotations
  • Conduct training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Assess effectiveness through regular performance reviews & development planning and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
  • Maintain updated database and training records
  • Guide, Support and mentor Graduates for the duration of Program
  • Lead from the front by demonstrating the correct safety behaviours at all times


  • Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
  • 3 – 5 years’ graduate program management experience
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook and Internet
  • Team Player
