Manager – Eco Tourism Lodge/ Hotel
Position requires a full time resident manager. Lodging and food supplied.
Managing the day to day operations of the Lodge.
Managing the staff and providing appropriate supervision to ensure maximum productivity.
Managing all the Departments of the Lodge with special emphasis on Dining Room and Kitchen.
Liaising with the Head Office Sales in regards to Clients requirements and Stores for all supplies.
Meeting Clients on arrival into the Lodge, Giving a welcome briefing and familiarisation of the Lodge to the Clients.
Being available to the clients at all times.
Inspection of Tour sites on a regular basis to ensure that they are maintained to the Standards set up by the Company.
Communicate with the local community on behalf of the Company.
Manage maintenance of lodge.
To be considered for this position you should have the following traits:
5 years service and/or hospitality Industry management experience.
Excellent Organizing capabilities
Able to perform without supervision
Able to communicate with International Clients
Self-starter and person of Sober Habits.
Have an understanding of maintenance including a basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical.
