Project Manager - Papua New Guinea
Our client is a household name in Papua New Guinea, currently undergoing an exciting period of expansion which is leading to the construction of new facilities.
A key position exists for an experienced Project Manager to manage the day-to-day delivery of a major capital works project in Lae, Papua New Guinea.
Key requirements for the role include strong experience in project management, from contract administration through to project controls, cost management and governance.
You will need to ensure costs are closely controlled, liaise with relevant local authorities, manage external contractors and collaborate closely with operations and senior management to deliver the project. You will oversee a team of engineers, contractors, operations and construction staff and will require strong leadership and communication skills.
