We are looking to recruit the following positions based in Port Moresby to effectively manage and resolve customer queries, while providing a high-quality service that is fundamental to the business philosophy of the Company.

Client Liaison Officers

As a Client Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day administration of your designated client group and will build relationships with your customers and understand the dynamics of their businesses and structure of each respective client.

Duties of the role will also include:

• Managing inquiries for the designated client group and ensuring all customer queries are acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner
• Ensuring reports are issued to clients in a timely manner.
• Taking ownership of your client and providing high quality service.
• Investigating new client requests and discuss with the sales team where applicable.

The ideal candidate will be educated to Diploma level (or equivalent) and will have previous experience of working in a similar environment. The role requires a proactive candidate who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who has the ability to provide excellent customer service and is able to represent the Company in a confident and professional manner. Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as experience of working with databases, is also essential.
