MasterSystem Technologies Ltd are looking to recruit the following positions based in Port Moresby NCD to effectively manage and resolve customer queries, while providing a high-quality service that is fundamental to the business philosophy of the Company.

Control Room Operators (GPS Tracking & Monitoring)

Duties include:

Track and monitor routes of vehicles on the company internal tracking programme.

• Ensure that the refuel processes and procedures are completed correctly for the designated vehicle fleet.
• Monitor driver adherence to company policy on stopping procedures by issuing stop order numbers and confirming authorised stopping areas.
• Conduct briefing and de-briefing sessions with drivers and ensure all documentation is verified.
• Ensure effective and efficient communication to drivers by issuing special instructions, liaising between drivers and the workshop (services and breakdowns), responding to fleet alarms, handing over to the next shift, and escalating problems to the relevant manager.
• Collect and capture loading, off-loading and trip information in accordance with relevant company policies and procedures.
• Generate relevant reports on daily basis (including vehicle movement report, stop and yard report).

Minimum Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualifications (Degree Level) in Computing or related field.
• Minimum 2yrs work experience in a transport environment.
• Computer Literacy (Word & Outlook) & excellent proficiency in Excel.
• Must be able to work 8-hour rotational shifts. (7am -3pm, 3pm – 11pm. 11pm – 7am)
• People Skills & problem-solving abilities.
• Detailed oriented.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Analytical approach to their job.
