Job Title: Customer Service (IMPORTS)

Department: Airfreight

Location: EFM Port Moresby

Job Purpose:

The duties of operations customer service jobs involve in: understanding customers’ requirements; offering customer service solutions; ensuring timely delivery of requested services; and acting as point of contact for several customer service accounts.

Key Accountabilities:

1

Receiving of pre-alert and action according to the set KPI’s.

2

Create jobs using IQS system on time according to the set KPI’s.

3

Uploading of paperwork in IQS system and only print needed paperwork for customs requirements.

4

Attend all customer inquiries and monitoring of daily jobs.

5

Providing on time feedback to customer.

6

Liaise with Sales Manager for customer’s rates inquiry.

7

Prepare and issue invoice/bill to customer and follow up payments.

8

Preparing COC/Check payments for customs assessment/entries within the timeframe of 5 days from time of assessment.

9

Preparing daily delivery plan, docket/pod and pass to warehouse POC to prepare shipment for delivery.

10

Accurate and on time updating of jobs in IQS system.

11

Providing corrective action measures to avoid recurrence of the issue.

12

Perform other task that may assign from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be a team player
