PNG Air is now hiring for Customer Service Officer based in Port Moresby. PNG Air’s Operations Division is recruiting for Customer Service Officer based here in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. This position reports to Airport Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities include the following: • Pre-editing flights prior to commencement of check-in ensuring all groups, CIPs, VIPs and TCPs are allocated appropriate seats; • Checking-in passengers; • Ensuring load distribution and movement messages are forwarded as per Company requirements; • Ensuring PAs are made in a clear and professional manner in order to achieve an on-time departure; • Ensuring customer service standards are maintained; • Ensuring all special handling messages are forwarded on to the next port (e.g. UM, YP, WCHR); and • Overseeing process for excess baggage collection.
