City Pharmacy Limited (CPL) is looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as a Field Sales Manager – Pharmacy Wholesale.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing our pharmaceutical sales across Papua New Guinea and the Pacific. You’ll spend most of your time in the field, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, identifying new business opportunities, and helping us expand our reach into new markets.

Responsibilities:

• Visiting hospitals, clinics, NGOs, and other healthcare providers to promote our products.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Identifying new sales opportunities and helping CPL grow its customer base.
• Working closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer service.
• Keeping accurate records of your visits and reporting on market trends.
• Travelling regularly, including to remote areas, to represent CPL and support our customers.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A degree or diploma in Science, Pharmacy, or Business.

• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and travelling often.
• Good understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems like Pronto.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with a strategic mindset.
• Proven expertise in category management, marketing, sales, and retail inventory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, creativity, and innovation.
