Guard Dog Security Services Ltd is seeking to recruit a Fixed Asset Accountant to be based in our Head Office in Lae and must be availabe for immdiate start.

This position reports to the Group Financial Accountant and the incubent must have the ERP system experience.

Skills and Attributes;

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting Desirable
• Preferably Graduate Accountant with Degree in Commerce and computer
• Over 2 Years of experience as a FA Accountant and ERP System in a medimum to large organisation
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Team player
• Attention to detail
• Excellent Computer skills including Microsoft Office programs

Service Delivery

• Create and Monitor CAPEX forms and obtained relevant approvals
• Record FA Acquisitions and Disposals in the system
• Run depreciation in the system across the group FAR
• Coordinate with vehicle Rego, in charge and update the movement of assets and Rego. Details in the system
• Update Insurance policy details and Assets phots in the system
• Maintain support asset register
• Maintain filing system for acquired invoices and Sale/Write off approved documents
• Track the compilation of project costs into FA accounts, and closed out WIP once the related project been completed
