A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Caring for all plants across the property, including gardens, pots, orchids, and green spaces.
• Watering plants correctly and knowing when not to water.
• Feeding, watering, and positioning orchids for optimal health.
• Understanding which plants thrive in full sun, partial sun, or shade.
• Checking plants regularly for early signs of weakness or disease.
• Removing dead leaves, weeds, and pests to keep all areas neat and tidy.
• Creating natural fertilisers using coffee grounds, eggshells, rice water, vegetable scraps, and other organic waste from our restaurant.
• Planning and maintaining beds, pots, and orchids so they always look their best.

What we need from you

• Good knowledge of plants and how to care for them.
• Experience with orchids and their specific needs.
• Understanding of watering, soil, sunlight, and shade requirements.
• Ability to identify early signs of plant stress or disease.
• Interest or experience in using natural and homemade fertilisers.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to manage your own daily tasks without close supervision.
• Positive attitude and pride in creating beautiful surroundings for guests and staff.
