Bridgestone is seeking an experienced General Manager, or a high-performing Sales/Commercial Director ready to step up, to lead its Papua New Guinea operations.

This is a chance to take ownership of a country business within a global market leader, supported by a full expat relocation package.
You’ll oversee strategy, commercial performance, operations, and people leadership across multiple sites, while driving growth and strengthening customer and stakeholder relationships in a dynamic and developing market.

We’re looking for:

• Senior leaders with strong commercial and operational capability
• Experience in heavy equipment, industrial, automotive, or related sectors
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage P&L, and deliver growth
• Experience in emerging markets (Pacific region ideal)
• Someone ready for a career-defining leadership step
