ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Assistant Manager - Facilities, the Handyman will be responsible for maintaining company facilities and ensuring that all office environments are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform general maintenance and repair works across company premises
- Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain office furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Support office setup, relocations, and installations
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Coordinate with external service providers when required
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate or relevant trade qualification preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in maintenance or handyman role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
