Job Summary: HR officer reports to Assistant General Manager
To design, maintain and monitor effective policies and programs relating to all human resource matters in order to meet the company’s objectives in the most effective and respectable manner. This also includes effective policies to attract, develop, train and retain employees of the company.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
|
Education (academic/professional)
|
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or Business Management.
- Relevant knowledge in Labor Law
|
Years of relevant experience
(local, regional, global, technical/specialized etc)
|
- 3 years’ experience in human resources and
- 3+ years’ experience in Able payroll system
|
Competencies (knowledge, skills and Capabilities)

- Computer literate (excel, word & outlook)
- Time management and organization skills
- High attention to details
- Able to keep confidentiality
- Communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Flexible and can multitasking

DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY
- The position will carry supervisory and or management responsibility in the near future.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
|
Main Duties / Key job task in-charged:
- Recruitment of new staff, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking and onboarding.
- Creating of employment contracts and offer letters and amendment letters.
- Documentation of exit and entry processes- Exit checklist forms signed off, and exit checklist completed for all exiting staff, filed on staff file.
- Coordinate with staffs with regards to warnings, offer of employment, variations and promotions in their status.
- Maintenance of accurate personnel records and probation reviews.
- Management of advertising and recruiting requests.
- Ensure compliance to HR manual and advise of matters relating to non-compliance
- Offer / Termination and other HR letters drafting and sending out Memorandums and notices.
- Coordination of travel requests
- Proper filing and organization of HR records
- Maintain records of all Trainings are filed (Both e-copy & Hard copy)
- Ensure Training Plan of all staffs are implemented and evaluated.
- Processing of fortnightly Pay through Able Payroll.
- Preparing month end reports like Nasfund, IRC (Salary & Wages Tax) & Leave Liability
- Monthly headcount and salary reports
- Ensure efficient and accurate processing of all salaries and benefits on a timely basis
- Provide strategic support and advice on Payroll related issues to all level of staff and senior management.
- Employee Group Tax Lodgments and Nasfund
- Any other duties assigned by line Manager
