Job Purpose:

Nextgen Technology Limited is seeking energetic and driven fresh graduates to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in the ICT industry while supporting our marketing campaigns, sales efforts, and customer outreach. Outstanding performers may be offered full-time employment upon completion of the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies
• Promote company services and solutions to potential clients through fieldwork, phone, and digital channels
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional events
• Conduct market research and customer surveys to support business development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Report sales activities and performance metrics regularly
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
• Learn and understand company products, services, and target markets

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, ICT, or any related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, confident, and willing to learn
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and online marketing tools
• Must be willing to travel locally for sales activities
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Team player and fast learner
