Are you great with people, love solving problems, and passionate about cars? PNG Motors is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. In this key front-line role, you'll be the vital link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring every service experience is smooth, professional, and exceeds expectations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building trust with customers, and can explain technical details with confidence and care — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and guide customers through the service process.

  • Accurately capture service needs and prepare job cards for the workshop team.

  • Clearly communicate technical work, service estimates, and timelines to customers.

  • Coordinate with workshop staff to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.

  • Manage customer follow-ups, complaints, and queries with professionalism.

  • Ensure documentation is complete and systems are updated, including ERA service records.

  • Promote additional services or maintenance where relevant.

Key Criteria:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in customer-facing automotive roles.

  • Familiarity with ERA systems and dealership service processes.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

  • Ability to understand and explain technical work in clear terms.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and teamwork.
