Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily workshop activities and technician workloads.

• Monitor job progress and ensure service deadlines and productivity targets are achieved.

• Ensure repair work is carried out to manufacturer and safety standards.

• Assist in diagnosing complex issues and provide technical guidance to team members.

• Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor team to update customers on job status.

• Conduct quality checks before vehicle release.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised workshop environment.

Key Criteria:

• Prior experience as a Workshop Controller, Foreman, or Senior Technician.

• Strong technical knowledge across multiple vehicle brands.

• Proven ability to lead a team and coordinate workshop workflow.

• Understanding of dealership service processes and ERA systems preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
