Are you a qualified auto sparky with a sharp eye for detail and a love for diagnostics? PNG Motors is looking for a skilled and motivated Auto Electrician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll handle complex electrical diagnostics, installations, and repairs across a wide range of vehicles. If you're passionate about automotive technology, fault-finding, and delivering high-quality work, we want you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical diagnostics, repairs, and installations on a variety of vehicles.

• Use diagnostic tools and wiring diagrams to pinpoint faults accurately.

• Repair and replace faulty wiring, sensors, ECUs, alternators, starters, and lighting systems.

• Install accessories such as radios, alarms, GPS systems, and lighting upgrades.

• Work closely with the workshop team to ensure electrical work integrates with mechanical repairs.

• Complete job cards, maintain service records, and follow company procedures.

• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards.

Key Criteria:

• Certified Auto Electrician with relevant trade qualifications.

• Experience working on modern vehicle systems and diagnostics.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with ERA systems is an advantage.
