To carry out preventive and corrective electrical maintenance works across the property, including wiring, lighting, sockets, and generators to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspection and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
Install, repair, and maintain wiring, lighting, and electrical fixtures.
Perform generator maintenance, including fuel checks, oil changes, and fault diagnosis.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and power outages.
Keep maintenance records and report faults or safety risks to the supervisor.
Ensure work complies with electrical codes and safety standards.
Assist in planning upgrades and energy efficiency improvements.
Support other maintenance tasks when required.
Job Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Licensed electrician preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in property/building electrical maintenance.
Experience in generator servicing is a must.
Able to work independently and handle breakdowns after hours if needed.
Strong safety awareness and problem-solving skills.
