The Role

This position manages all maintenance operations across the hotel, ensuring equipment, systems and infrastructure remain safe, functional and compliant. The role oversees preventative maintenance schedules, supervises staff and contractors, manages budgets and utilities, and supports smooth daily hotel operations.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Tertiary engineering or trade qualification (PNGNATTB or equivalent)
  • 5–6 years’ maintenance management experience in hotel or commercial settings
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
  • Understanding of building codes and HSS&E regulations
  • Experience with generators and commercial plant equipment
  • Flexible and able to work shifts when required
