We are seeking an operations maintenance manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Duties and responsibilities
- Developing and implementing maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules, as well as
- Coordinating and supervising the maintenance staff and contractors.
- Manages inspections and evaluates the condition and performance of the equipment, facilities, and systems,
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or problems that may arise.
- Manage the budget and inventory of maintenance materials and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Report and document all maintenance activities and results.

- Possess a variety of technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills
- Possess technical knowledge and expertise in the equipment, facilities, and systems used in the business operations;
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues;
- Have effective leadership and excellent communication skills to motivate and direct the maintenance staff and contractors.
- Possess organizational and planning skills to manage the maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules.
- Have budgeting and financial skills for managing the maintenance costs and resources.
- Have attention to detail and quality to ensure the maintenance standards are met, as well as
- Be capable to adapt and is flexible to cope with changing business needs.
- Possess hands-on experience in managing the maintenance team
Qualifications and education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, management, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related role is essential.
- Proven track record of managing maintenance projects and teams successfully.
- Familiarity with the industry-specific equipment, facilities, and systems is necessary.
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
