The Role
As the People & Culture Administrator, you'll coordinate and support all People & Culture activities across the Pacific Markets and subsidiaries. This role involves processing benefits and remuneration, liaising with key internal stakeholders, and ensuring full compliance with banks policies and industrial regulations. You'll also provide guidance on HR processes and policies, manage and resolve enquiries, and ensure all P&C projects align perfectly with strategic goals.
Main duties include:
- Processing benefit and remuneration disbursement accurately, ensuring all are within the client`s Employment terms and conditions as per People & Culture Policy.
- Coordinating recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with industrial agreements.
- Managing and resolving HR21 transactions and enquiries to support all Pacific Markets business operations.
- Staying abreast of changing regulations across Pacific Markets and ensuring the processing of files for staff are done within the processing cycle.
- Coordinating the logistics of internally transferred and exit employees in accordance with employment terms/conditions as per policy.
- Tertiary requirements in HR Management and/or any related field.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and processes.
- Sound technical knowledge of compliance, industrial legislation, and HR systems (e.g. iChris, HR21).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel)
- Strong communications skills.
