Provide expertise in data analysis, reporting and visualization, cross functional collaboration, process improvement and management of Bizom database from the field, ensure the business keeps track of all activities within the trade and Bizom database.
- Daily tracking of Bizom activities and management – the tracking is done on excel via a data dump from Bizom. Ideally, the suitable candidate must have at least intermediate skills/experience in MS Office/MS Excel.
- Keep track of all executions and operational activities of each TMRs and key account against defined targets
- Carry out ad-hoc reports as may be defined by the Manage
- Generate actionable insights from Bizom
- Coordinate and deliver on reporting for all stakeholder in the following areas
Trade Coverage – TT compliance, visit completion, time tracking, etc (this is mainly around the tracking of reps covering the retail customer universe and ensuring the retail customers comply to standards whether they are contract or non-contract customers)
- Brand ranging and pricing
- Route/Territory Management/Effectiveness
- Cycle Planning – Marketing Executional KPIs Insights
- Visit Execution

Skills / Qualification / Experiences:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Business Information or relevant experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Marketing or Similar role /FMCG Organization
- Prior experience in a reporting function with report generation responsibilities beneficial
- Knowledge and experience in data extraction from multiple data sources
- Ability to manage data definition and data consistency
- Understanding of National Field, Accounts, and rand Marketing and the role within the total Marketing Team
- Proven time management and planning skills, shown through experience in process /project management
- Good understanding of change management principles
- Proven track record of OTIF delivery of tasks
- Proven record of achievement in the design, development, execution of marketing projects
- Ability to challenge status quo, and critically review plan and make business recommendations based on insights and foresights
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, highly numerical, fully confident in using data to inform
