Position Title: Sales Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking organized, proactive and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants in Madang. This role provides essential support to the sales team by coordinating daily sales activities, preparing quotations, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing.
• Coordinate between sales and other departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
• Prepare sales proposals and follow up on outstanding quotations.
• Support the Sales team with scheduling, customer follow-ups, and product information.
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, stock availability, and order details.
• Provide frontline customer service, both in-store and via phone/email.
• Support any promotional activities, product displays, and sales initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Grade 12 Certificate or Certificate in Sales & Marketing is a bonus.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or administration (ICT industry experience is an advantage).
• Good computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, written and oral presentation skills.
