What You’ll Be Doing:
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and match them with the right vehicle.
Lead test drives, explain features clearly, and make every visit a premium experience.
Follow up, close strong, and hit your monthly targets with consistency.
Stay sharp on stock, pricing, promotions, and finance options.
Own your performance and earn based on results — not hours.

What You’ll Need:
A sharp, confident personality with the ability to build trust fast.
Experience in sales, hospitality, or retail is a major advantage.
The hunger to close deals and the discipline to follow up properly.
Strong communication skills and Outlook/email fluency — no slackers here.
