SALES MANAGER – Port Moresby

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing , Business Administration or related course
• Proven track record of success in IT sales leadership roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and can negotiate effectively.
• Ability to create and implement sales plan
• Superior knowledge of sales techniques, customer relations and employee development
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress and ability to analyse sales targets
• At least 5 years managerial experience on copier sales an advantage
• Willingness to train staff
• With valid driver’s license
