Nestlé PNG Limited is seeking two experienced Sales Representatives to join our regional sales teams in
Momase and Highlands, to be based in Lae and Kundiawa respectively.

Reporting directly to the Sales & NAC Managers – Momase and Highlands, the role is responsible for achievingdistribution, merchandising and market hygiene targets, while working closely with customers to build andmaintain strong, long-term relationships within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive target achievement on key focus areas as directed
  • Maximise sales by effectively executing merchandising and promotional activities
  • Efficiently manage the sales team itinerary and ensure regular updates to the sales call card
  • Maintain comprehensive data on the shop universe categorised by type and SKUs, as well as by type
    of business
  • Keep track on the number of calls made and ensure disciplined updating and recording of customer
    interactions and information
  • Implement the First-In, First Out (FIFO) method to ensure proper stock rotation and minimise product
    expiration
  • Ensure timely submission of control forms, premiums and display photographs as required
  • Optimise the utilisation of Point of Sale (POS) material to enhance product visibility and brand
    presence
  • Submit reports and documents promptly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with customers and trade partners, based on professional
    business approach and mutual trust.

Qualification, skills, and experience:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
  • Experience in using sales tools and technology
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
