We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Sales Staff to join our team. The role involves assisting walk‑in customers, processing sales, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our counter.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve walk‑in customers and provide product advice
- Process quotes and sales transactions
- Recommend HVAC parts, tools, and equipment
- Coordinate with warehouse staff on order picking and stock
- Maintain a clean and organised counter area
- Maintain organized files of customers and dockets
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Experience in counter sales, technical sales, or HVAC products is an advantage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (POS, email, simple data entry)
- Willingness to learn HVAC product ranges
