Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in similar Role.
  • Diplomain Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related fied.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of years of experience in sales management.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset and drive for achievement.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Integrity and professionalism in representing the organization's brand and values.
  • Valid Driving License with minimum 6 years plus experience.
