The Role
This role provides comprehensive HR, immigration, travel, and administrative support, reporting to the Deputy Finance and HR Manager. Key duties include managing recruitment and onboarding, updating employee profiles and job descriptions, and assisting with payroll and other HR tasks.
Main duties include:
- Manages recruitment and onboarding for national employees.
- Conducts inductions for new national and expatriate employees.
- Maintains employee profiles and updates documentation.
- Assists with payroll and financial-related processes.
- Coordinates and documents employee grievances.
- Serves as a reliever for the HR Manager.
- A degree in HR, Business Management or related field.
- Proficiency using RAMCO, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Sound experience as an Office Administrator with knowledge of Human Resources is required.
- The role requires excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Above-average oral and written communication skills are necessary.
- Previous experience in travel, immigration, and working with a labor department is also important.
