Reporting to the Head of Talent, Leadership, Learning & Culture, you will play a critical role in strengthening succession planning, driving development initiatives, and building pathways for local talent to move into senior leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead succession management and ensure successors have actionable, individualised development plans.
- Establish a regular rhythm of talent reviews and strategic discussions with leaders and HR business partners.
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen talent pipelines and support retention strategies.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across the business to embed effective talent practices.
- Use MS365 tools to support talent processes (no major system rollout initially).
- Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Strong ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate with HR teams.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing talent pipelines.
- Experience in FMCG, financial services, or related industries highly regarded.
- Must be a PNG national (local candidates strongly preferred).
- A integral role within the business visibility at executive level.
