Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our Boroko Motors POM service team. The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring that vehicle issues are accurately diagnosed, repairs are efficiently scheduled, and customers are kept informed throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding their vehicles.
• Accurately document vehicle issues and service requests.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services, costs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Prepare service estimates and invoices.
• Upsell additional services and maintenance when appropriate.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related issues.
• Maintain service records and follow up with customer’s post-service.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or automotive training is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent sound knowledge in using Titan system.
• Experience with dealership service operations.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
