We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor to oversee Control Room operations and ensure seamless, efficient service delivery across multiple control centres.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising and coordinating operations across multiple Control Rooms
- Managing shift performance, attendance, and handovers
- Overseeing incident management to ensure procedures are followed through to completion
- Ensuring timely response to alerts, incidents, and client requests
- Monitoring compliance with client requirements and operational standards
- Providing clear, professional communication and updates to clients
- Training and supporting new Fleet Controllers
- Escalating and reporting client issues to the relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring effective use of telematics systems, including vehicle shut-down and data uploads
- Maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information

Minimum Requirements
- Completion of Mix Telematics training (3 modules)
- Intermediate computer literacy
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year experience in Fleet Control or a similar control room environment
- Working knowledge of Mix Telematics systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
