NKW Group seeks to recruit two experienced and highly motivated Senior ICT Officers to be based in Lae and Port Moresby respectively.

Role/skills and experience

Reporting to the Group ICT Manager and working in a team environment, your duties include but not limited to:

• Providing technical support and ICT solutions across company various divisions
• Managing and maintaining company IT Infrastructure, network and systems
• Monitoring system performance, ensuring data security and backups
• Ensuring coordination between divisions to assess and address IT Needs
• Ensure Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software
• Strong knowledge of network systems
• Strong belief to comply with company ICT policies and procedures
• Previous record of training and guidance on ICT Tools and best practice
• Minimum 5years experiences in a senior ICT Role or systems administration role
• Bachelor Degrees or Diploma in ICT, computer Science or related Field
• Good understanding of network systems, servers, hardware/ software and cyber security
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support remote teams
• Good leadership skills, excellent communication and problem solving skills
