As part of this organisation’s ambitious growth strategy, they are now searching for a Area Sales Executive who can hit the ground running.

Working in a rapidly changing industry, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the successful leadership and development of a team of Trade Marketing Representatives across a defined geographical area.

As a key member of the marketing division, you would:
  • Responsible for the delivery of regional execution plans.
  • Build sustainable relationships with key customers to drive growth
  • Manage the implementation of area presence and promotion programs
  • Implement national presence marketing and promotion programmers
  • Manage the implementation of business plans f.
  • Develop and implement local business strategies designed to drive volume, share and profit growth.
  • To continuously review & identify opportunities for improvement
Key requirements
  • Ideally university degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing functions
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Marketing/Administration/Executive Support or similar role (FMCG experience required)
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, highly numerical, fully confident in using data to inform decisions.
  • Proven time management and planning skills, shown through experience in process/project management
  • Proven track record of on time in full delivery of tasks
  • Ability to critically review a plan and make resource recommendations that align to corporate strategy direction
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
  • Prior management and coaching experience of a team is beneficial
