Zenag Chicken is a nationally owned company specialised in the production, distribution, and marketing of the highest quality of farm fresh eggs and poultry products in PNG. We are now seeking to recruit a suitable candidate to fill the above vacancy.

Reporting to the Finance and Admin Manager:

Role is a cross functional role which involves all aspects of Finance and admin role.


  • Manage incoming phone calls and mail
  • Organise local dispatches / pickups
  • Receive and direct visitors and clients
  • Prepare local Purchase Orders
  • Provide administrative support
  • Prepare daily bank deposit
  • Preparation and recording of cheques
  • Matching of various Procurement / Invoice documentation
  • Manage office consumables
  • Printing and issuing customer statements

Skills and Specifications

  • An ability to learn as part of a team within the company
  • Able to focus to deliver to the required timelines
  • Computer literate in MS Office application
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Must have good communication skills
