Merchandise, Buying and Procurement, Finance and Accounts, Administration, Human
Resources, Internal Audit, Security & Loss Prevention, Sales & Marketing to graduates to
get their careers off the ground through a broad-based development program.
The program is rotation based for the first 6 months giving you the opportunity to experience
all aspects of our business and provide you with a solid base of knowledge and experience
in the retail sector. The second 6 months is aimed at long term job prospects focusing on
workplace projects, on-the-job learning, professional development through mentoring and
