Using your expertise in recruitment, learning and development, and performance management, you will provide the overall direction of the company’s talent engagement activities:
  • Create and roll out strategic recruitment, succession and retention plans across the business to support national recruitment goals and workforce development plans;
  • Develop and implement innovative performance management initiatives to improve effectiveness across the organisation;
  • Identify key learning and development opportunities within the organisation and establish strategies aimed at building organisational capability and improving leadership competency;
  • Collaborate with HR executives to understand and address organisation-wide opportunities and challenges
This is a hands-on role with incredible scope to grow. You would be provided with the opportunity to launch your ideas, while being supported by a talented HR executive division and accessing global expertise.

What we’re searching for
  • Bachelor of HR / Business or related field and Cert IV in Training & Assessment;
  • 5+ years’ experience in talent management, acquisition and development
  • Experience in a large organisation (you understand how to develop strategies and roll them out on a large scale);
  • Clearly demonstrated coaching, mentoring and leadership capabilities;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of performance management, recruitment planning and processes, succession planning, learning and development
