The Opportunity

The successful incumbent will work on a rotational 5/5-week basis and report to the Maritime & Operations Support Superintendent on responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Demonstrating unwavering commitment to the HSSE policy, ensure adherence to both statutory and company HSE standards
• Actively engage in safety awareness programs and initiatives promoted by the company
• Conduct regular HSE meetings with contractors
• Implement corrective actions as outlined in the contractor audit plan
• Embrace adaptability by responding

Key Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Security, Risk Management, or relevant fields
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in security, law enforcement, or military operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with the international ship and port facility security (ISPS) code
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills
