We are seeking for a responsible Safety & Complaince Officer to ensure compliance with ocuupational health and safety policy/guidelines. The candidate must be focused, preventive measures, attentiveness and proactive thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop OHS policies and programs
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures
• Review existing policy guidleines and update according to legislation
• Initiate and organize OHS training for employees and management
• Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substance
• Manage unsafe acts or processess that seem dangerous or unhealthy
• Investigate incidents to determine causes and facilitate workers compensation issues
• Prepare timely reports for managemenet information

Skills

• Degree in Food Technology, Engineering and or related field
• Advanced Certificate in OHS
• Have 7 - 10 years of working experience
• Indepth knowledge on OHS legislation
