With over 1000 employees, distributing throughout Papua New Guinea in the grocery, variety, supermarket, plumbing supplies, hardware, construction, and stationery and office supplies market.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Brand Manager plays a crucial role in developing brand strategies, promoting our brands and products by uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that improve the customer experience. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, and working closely with the Sales Manager, this role plays a key role with in our business operations in the short and term.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and manage the marketing budget
• Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns.
• Creation of marketing materials and content through key industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Gain insights into market trends, competitive activity and customers preferences.
• Managing team of people to execute plans and improve consumer engagement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Previous experience in developing brand, brand marketing and marketing strategies.
• Experience leader, motivator and with strong creative outlook.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Highly organized and performs well under pressure.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Preferably with current driver’s license.
