PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

Hugo Canning Company Ltd is the manufacturer of PNG's premium food brand Ox & Palm Corned Beef and the Ocean Blue range of seafood products.

We need an experienced and talented Purchasing Executive to oversee our purchasing transactions. This role will play a crucial role in buying at the right time for the right price. The main role is to focus on buying goods, materials, and services for the daily running of our business. The position will be based in Port Moresby, NCD.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare presentation reports.
• Create purchasing strategies.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.
• Research sourcing for new suppliers and vendors.
• Manage records of all orders, payments, and business stock

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Public relations
• Experience in similar role in the last three (3) years.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent analytical skills.
