As a Sales Representative with City Pharmacy group Limited, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our retail partners. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets by promoting our products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners to drive sales and increase product visibility.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential retail partners to expand our distribution network.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate retail staff and customers on the features and benefits of our products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry or retail sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and retail partners.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum Diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
