The business that was started by Seeto Kui with 100 Pounds in 1938 is now a substantial multi-million Kina business. with over 1000 employees, distributing throughout Papua New Guinea in the grocery, variety, supermarket, plumbing supplies, hardware, construction, and stationery and office supplies market.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales Support Analyst plays a crucial role in aiding & support of the sales team whilst ensuring customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Sales Manager, and working closely with the Sales Team, this role plays a key role within our business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing data and guidance to the sales team. Updating of respective data bases.
• Assisting with customer concerns.
• Key conduit to Field Sales team, activation & reporting. Manage Sales Force tools & report of information.
• Liaising with sales team on sales process Developing & monitoring key performance indicators.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive experience in sales & customer service
• Deep understanding of best sales practices
• Strong experience in MS Office
• Ability to analyze & interpret sales metrics.
• Current drivers’ license is preferable.
