Nestle PNG Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Trades Marketing Manager (Highlands & Momase) for the Commercial division based at our Lae Office.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the role essentially engages in planning and execution of sampling activities in the two regions, managing all marketing POSM/POP stocks, updating monthly stock take and manage distribution and logistics.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the development of marketing plans to drive profitable growth of MAGGI, NESCAFE, COFFEE‐MATE, MILO, and SUNSHINE brand products aligned to business targets and brand strategies / objectives with a particular focus on the sampling, trials and recruitment of new consumers.
• Directly manage all functions of the sampling activities based in Lae & Hagen, including leadership support to Sampling
• Team, ordering sampling stock, effectively managing equipment and logistics.
• Support Marketing Manager and team across a range of tasks as required such as trade marketing execution, coordination of market and competitor data, performance data and relevant market and consumer insights.
• Manage all marketing POSM/POP stock in Lae & Hagen, update monthly stock take and manage distribution and logistics.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to assist in the delivery of trade marketing support.
• Actively participating in the monthly marketing planning cycles to ensure the development of robust demand plans that incorporate the effect of generating sampling activities

Qualification, skills, and experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Sale/Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years FMCG experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management roles
• People management experience
• Project management skills
• Media and agency relationship management skills
• Good influencing skills
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of PNG retail trade, a bonus
• Brand Management experience highly regarded
