World Vision Pacific Timor Leste (PTL) is a unique multi-country structure in which four country programs in PNG, Timor-Leste, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu are supported by one fully grant funded National Office based in Brisbane. This approach enables the country programs to benefit from the shared leadership, management and other support services of a single National Office.
In partnership with local communities, World Vision designs and delivers services that meet identified needs, are relevant, effective and make a lasting difference. In PNG, its main office is based in Port Moresby with field offices in Madang, Bougainville, Western Province, Morobe and East Sepik Province. World Vision has been operating in PNG since 1974, working to transform communities through integrated programs in the priority areas of disaster management and risk reduction; human development in health and education; sustainable economic development and livelihoods; and climate change adaptation and mitigation
