Simberi Gold Company LTD - Employer Profile

Simberi Gold Company Limit, incorporated in Papua New Guinea,
is a wholly owned subsidiary of St Barbara Limited. The Simberi gold mine is on Simberi Island in Papua New Guinea and started production in February 2008. In 2013 the plant was expanded with installation of a SAG mill. The Simberi mine is a significant contributor to PNG’s economy and its community, with significant further exploration potential around the mine.
