ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR – PROPERTY FINANCE

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Property Finance Team in Port Moresby.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and accurately enter supplier invoices and financial data into the accounting system.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice queries and payment status updates.
  • Monitor invoice processing deadlines and support timely payments.
  • Maintain financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Finance Team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in finance administration, accounts payable, or data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
