ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK – LAE BASED

Zenag Chicken is a nationally owned company specialised in the production, distribution, and marketing of the highest quality of farm fresh eggs and poultry products in PNG. We have served in this industry for more than 75 years.

We are now seeking to recruit an ideal candidate for an Accounts Receivable Clerk who will be responsible for doing Invoicing, account reconciliations, credit control & aging debtors reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for banking all collections.
• Responsible for generating updated age analysis report.
• Ensuring AR Aging complies within terms of trade.
• Ensuring correct client payment are reconciled in the ledger.
• Researching & Resolving payment discrepancies.
• Maintaining effective communication with customers.
• Maintaining an efficient AR customer files within the system.

Required Skills & Specifications

• Must have a Certificate/Diploma in Business Admin/Accounting/Bookkeeping.
• Have 1 – 2 years hands on experience in AR field.
• High level of accuracy & numeracy.
• Exposure with Sage ACCPAC software is a plus.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
