Position Title: Agency Manager – Papua New Guinea Operations

Location: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea

Position Objective

To lead and grow the presence of ANZPTC – International Education – Papua New Guinea by managing day-to-day operations, driving student enrolments, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in line with our international education standards. The position plays a critical role in expanding brand visibility and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Engagement
  • Respond to all customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Record all leads and interactions in the CRM as the first point of contact.
  • Send welcome letters and information packs to new leads.
  • Follow up with potential students to support conversion.
  1. Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Build and maintain a prospective customer database.
  • Make a minimum of five cold calls daily to generate new leads.
  • Follow up regularly with contacts to convert prospects into applicants.
  1. Application Processing
  • Prepare and submit student applications to the Sydney office for offer letters.
  • Liaise with students regarding GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) documentation and payment.
  • Once payment is received, prepare and compile visa files.
  1. Visa Processing
  • Coordinate all aspects of the visa application process.
  • Arrange healthcare coverage as required.
  • Submit applications and liaise with relevant authorities for visa approval.
  • Provide travel logistics and final documentation to students.
  1. Administration
  • Manage additional business activities and assignments as directed by the Sydney Head Office.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to company reporting standards.
  1. Academic Quality – Online Academic Delivery
  • Implement and maintain the Academic Quality Manual.
  • Ensure compliance with all updates approved by the board.
  • Maintain academic integrity and delivery standards.
  1. Enrolments – Study Abroad & Online
  • Ensure all enrolments are managed in accordance with ANZPTC’s Standard Operating Procedures and Enrolment Policy.
  1. Financial Management
  • Maintain and update all financial records for reporting to the Sydney office.
  • Pre-authorise all expenses before commitment.
  • Ensure timely payment of all invoices and bills.
  • Oversee office management and staff performance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial position
