We are looking for an experienced and registered Architect to handle the company's projects from planning through to completion. The suitable candidate must blend creativity with technical know-how, work with clients and teams, and guide projects from concept to construction.

You must possess the following attributes to be successful:

• have a good understanding of construction technologies,
• be an effective project manager
• have a strong-interpersonal skills,
• demonstrate superior technical design skills, and
• be able to create designs that are functional, creative, and sustainable.
• be a self-starter capable of working on your own and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs for commercial buildings, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.
• A strong interest in architectural designs, with an excellent eye for details
• Designing skills to complement technical know-how
• Oversee projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs meet local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5-Years work experience in related field
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Experience in commercial and industrial architecture.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
